Casa Real de Comala

Comala is a small colonial town about fifteen minutes north of Colima city, one of Mexico's designated Pueblos Mágicos, known for its whitewashed streets and its view of the Colima volcano. Real de Comala is a newer, quiet neighborhood on its edge where homes have been steadily gaining value.

This house makes its entrance with a wall of dark volcanic stone that runs from the facade up through the stairwell, and a triple-height living room that fills the home with light. Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and parking for two cars.
